After the 2009 Stockholm Conference and in order to keep up the momentum around earlier diagnosis and care of HIV in Europe, the HIV in Europe Steering Committee established a group of 'national rapporteurs', with the aim of updating each other and others on developments on national level in relation to national testing guidelines and/or other political and local initiatives on testing and earlier care.
