Daniela Rojas Castro is Chair of the Board of Directors of the European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG) and an independent public health consultant based in Spain. She holds a PhD and has extensive experience in public health research, monitoring, evaluation, and community-based participatory research. Her work focuses on HIV, hepatitis, sexual health, patient engagement, and community leadership, with particular attention to generating evidence that can inform policy, advocacy, and more responsive health programmes. Across her work, she supports patient organisations, community networks, and institutions in designing studies, analysing findings, and translating results into concrete strategic and policy action.
