The main aim of the conference is to bring together stakeholders from all levels of the health system, from community organisations to health care providers and policy makers to present and discuss new approaches for testing and linkage to care for HIV, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and tuberculosis (TB), highlighting programmatic/implementation issues and adaptation of testing services in response to emerging public health issues.

  2. Characterise sustainable testing strategies in the context of emergencies and getting closer to the targets.
  3. Provide an overview of innovative initiatives/new approaches for prevention, earlier testing and care for the different infections.
  4. Provide an overview of HIV, viral hepatitis, STIs and TB-related implementation research, highlighting both programmatic and implementation issues.
